Prior to launching Cornell Solutions Group, Lisa Cornell spent 18+ years with a publicly traded, global, project-based professional services firm. She most recently served as Senior Vice President overseeing a global strategic accounts team that helped 50 of the company's largest global clients achieve their business initiatives.
Lisa has provided interim, project, consulting, and full-time solutions for a large range of clients from small startups to global F10 clients. Other achievements include assisting in the integration of acquisitions and leading the southwest region sales and talent teams.
Lisa started her career at EY and is a CPA (inactive). She also served as Accounting Manager for the LA Kings Hockey Club, Director of Finance for STAPLES Center and VP of Finance for L90. She is passionate about connecting people and impacting the lives of those around her.
Kim brings over 20 years of experience as a seasoned recruiting leader, with a diverse background spanning both global publicly traded consulting firms and in-house senior management roles across the technology industry. With a strong passion for people and a track record of success, Kim has played a pivotal role in hiring talent at all levels, from C-level executives to individual contributors, across multiple business functions including Accounting and Finance, Sales (both direct and channel), Marketing, Information Technology, and Human Resources.
Kim kick-started her career at Grobstein, Horwath and Co., a local CPA firm, where she gained valuable experience before joining Disney Consumer Products. During her time at Disney, Kim discovered her affinity for the people-centric aspects of her role, leading her to make a strategic move to Resources Connections (now RGP), where she continued to excel and build her expertise in the recruitment field.
Equipped with a bachelor's degree in economics, specializing in accounting from the University of California, Santa Barbara, Kim's educational foundation complements her professional achievements. Currently residing in the Pasadena area, she enjoys a fulfilling personal life with her husband, two children, and two dogs. When she's not actively engaged in her recruiting endeavors, you can often find Kim traveling across the country, supporting her daughter's competitive cheer team or cheering on her son at his various sporting events.
